Cleo Multiple Products Unauthenticated File Upload Vulnerability (CVE-2024-55956)

A remote attacker, without authentication, can achieve full data confidentiality loss, arbitrary modification of data, complete denial of service or system unavailability. This is a Command Injection (CWE-77) vulnerability in Cleo Multiple Products. In Cleo Harmony before 5.8.0.24, VLTrader before 5.8.0.24, and LexiCom before 5.8.0.24, an unauthenticated user can import and execute arbitrary Bash or PowerShell commands on the host system by leveraging the default settings of the Autorun directory. Exploitation requires remote network access, low attack complexity, no authentication required, and no user interaction required.
