Cleo Multiple Products Unrestricted File Upload Vulnerability
Cleo Harmony, VLTrader, and LexiCom, which are managed file transfer products, contain an unrestricted file upload and download vulnerability that can lead to remote code execution with elevated privileges.
A remote attacker, without authentication, can achieve full data confidentiality loss, arbitrary modification of data, complete denial of service or system unavailability. CISA has confirmed use of this vulnerability in known ransomware campaigns — treat as high priority for remediation. Federal agencies are required to remediate by 2025-01-03 under CISA BOD 22-01.

In Cleo Harmony before 5.8.0.21, VLTrader before 5.8.0.21, and LexiCom before 5.8.0.21, there is an unrestricted file upload and download that could lead to remote code execution. Exploitation requires remote network access, low attack complexity, no authentication required, and no user interaction required.
