Gladinet CentreStack and Triofox Hard Coded Cryptographic Vulnerability
Gladinet CentreStack and TrioFox contain a hardcoded cryptographic keys vulnerability for their implementation of the AES cryptoscheme. This vulnerability degrades security for public exposed endpoints that may make use of it and may offer arbitrary local file inclusion when provided a specially crafted request without authentication.
A remote attacker, without authentication, can achieve full data confidentiality loss, arbitrary modification of data, complete denial of service or system unavailability. Federal agencies are required to remediate by 2026-01-05 under CISA BOD 22-01.
This is a Use of Hard-coded Credentials (CWE-798) vulnerability in Gladinet CentreStack and Triofox. Exploitation requires remote network access, low attack complexity, no authentication required, and no user interaction required.
