Google Skia Out-of-Bounds Write Vulnerability
Google Skia contains an out-of-bounds write vulnerability that could allow a remote attacker to perform out of bounds memory access via a crafted HTML page. This vulnerability affects Google Chrome and ChromeOS, Android, Flutter, and possibly other products.
A remote attacker, without authentication, can achieve full data confidentiality loss, arbitrary modification of data, complete denial of service or system unavailability. Federal agencies are required to remediate by 2026-03-27 under CISA BOD 22-01.

Out of bounds write in Skia in Google Chrome prior to 146.0.7680.75 allowed a remote attacker to perform out of bounds memory access via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) Exploitation requires remote network access, low attack complexity, no authentication required, and user interaction required.
