KB5001779: Windows Server Security Update (July 2021)
Microsoft Exchange Server contains an information disclosure vulnerability which can allow an unauthenticated attacker to steal email traffic from target.
A remote attacker, without authentication, can achieve partial data exposure, partial data tampering, partial service disruption. Federal agencies are required to remediate by 2022-02-01 under CISA BOD 22-01.
This vulnerability affects Microsoft Exchange Server. Exploitation requires remote network access, low attack complexity, no authentication required, and no user interaction required.
