Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus before 11306, ServiceDesk Plus MSP before 10530, and SupportCenter Plus before 11014 are vulnerable to unauthenticated remote code execution
A remote attacker, without authentication, can achieve full data confidentiality loss, arbitrary modification of data, complete denial of service or system unavailability. Federal agencies are required to remediate by 2021-12-15 under CISA BOD 22-01.
This is a Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CWE-306) vulnerability in Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SDP) / SupportCenter Plus. Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus before 11306, ServiceDesk Plus MSP before 10530, and SupportCenter Plus before 11014 are vulnerable to unauthenticated remote code execution. This is related to /RestAPI URLs in a servlet, and ImportTechnicians in the Struts configuration. Exploitation requires remote network access, low attack complexity, no authentication required, and no user interaction required.
